Get in Touch

Ochiltree County Busted Mugshots is a private reference site, not a government office. We cannot confirm custody or release, post bond, release a person, or retrieve official booking records. Direct those requests to the responsible public office below.

Official Records Routing

Custody, jail booking, and public-information requests: Ochiltree County Sheriff’s Office, Sheriff Terry Bouchard, 511 S. Ash, Perryton, TX 79070, 806-435-8000. The sheriff page connects readers to the official InteropWeb roster. The county has not published a dedicated records email. For a written request under Texas Government Code Chapter 552, send an identifiable request through the sheriff or records custodian’s approved method. The public number is appropriate for routing, but it is not published as a separate records hotline.

Felony court records: Ochiltree District Clerk Shawn Bogard, 511 S. Main, Box 3, Perryton, TX 79070, 806-435-8054. The 84th District Court is the local route for felony case follow-up.

Misdemeanor court records: County Clerk Sandra I. Limas, 511 S. Main, Suite 8, Perryton, TX 79070, 806-435-8039, countyclerk@ochiltree.net. Use the clerk for the appropriate misdemeanor case record, not as a substitute for the jail’s current-custody system.

Choose the route that matches the question. Booking and custody are not the same as a court disposition, and a listing is an accusation rather than proof of guilt.

  • For a current county-custody question, start with the official current roster; for a recent booking, use its last-24-hours view or arrest-date view. The home guide explains their different scopes.
  • For a record or booking photograph that is not visible, make a specific written request to the sheriff’s custodian. The guide covers what to identify in a request and why there is no promised fee or response time on this site.
  • For a current warrant question, use the official operational route described in Sheriff’s Most Wanted. Do not rely on an old news item or a clerk result as confirmation of an active warrant.
  • For a felony or misdemeanor outcome, use the correct clerk and provide the cause number, name, or filing information available from the record.
  • For a person in Texas state prison or under state supervision, use the Texas Department of Criminal Justice offender search. TDCJ does not replace the Ochiltree County Jail roster for a recent county booking.
  • For federal or immigration detention, use the Federal Bureau of Prisons locator or the ICE Online Detainee Locator. Those are federal systems, not county booking-photo sources.
